- Find the product(s) you want to buy – Browse the UCT Online Store, when you find a product(s) that interests you, click the title or name of the product to see its details, including availability and dispatch estimate times.
- Add to cart – Click add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to order. Once you’ve added a product to your shopping cart, you can go back to the store, continue shopping and adding to your cart.
- Checkout – Once you’ve reviewed the item(s) in your cart and you’re happy to checkout, click proceed to checkout. Here you will be required to provide your shipping address along with your email address and cellphone number. After these steps are complete you will need to select a payment option.

If you’ve changed your mind and require a refund, a R150 administration fee will be charged to cover bank charges and the administration required to process the refund.
Only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it has been, you can contact the courier directly with the tracking number and provide them with your new address. Any extra costs associated with this will be at your own expense.
No, we do not ship internationally, only in South Africa.
You will be provided with the tracking details as soon as the courier picks up your order.
Once we are provided proof that a product has not reached your destination, we will happily replace the product and ship it to your address free of charge.
Delivery times range from 24-72 hours in key metro areas, and up to 4-5 working days for outlying areas.
A: The product price excludes delivery costs. Delivery fees vary between R90 to R285 depending on the area of delivery.
If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible. We do our best to prevent the sales of products that are out of stock, however, due to the digital nature of our business, there is a possibility of an item being out of stock after an order is placed. If you have ordered a sold-out product, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded or credited for any amount already paid by you, or you can wait until the product is back in stock.
Yes, there is a 7-day return policy in place for all purchases. Shipping costs associated with this will be at your own expense.
You have 48 hours to identify any damages. You will then be required to send photos of the damage via email to orders@valentureinstitute.com . We will arrange for a collection and replace your item.
